SMG Productions Extras Release Agreement This Agreement is made between the undersigned individual ("Extra") and [Production Company Name] ("Producer"), in connection with the filming of [Project Title] ("Project").1. Permission to Record The Extra grants the Producer the right to photograph, film, record, and otherwise capture the Extra’s image, voice, name, and likeness in connection with the Project. 2. Usage Rights The Extra grants the Producer and its assigns the right to use the footage in all forms and media, including but not limited to film, video, television, social media, internet, and promotional materials, worldwide and in perpetuity, without restriction or compensation.3. Compensation(Required) The Extra agrees to participate on a voluntary/unpaid basis. (Select one option above)4. No Expectation of Credit The Extra understands that they are not guaranteed screen credit, acknowledgment, or identification in the final production. 5. No Employment Relationship This Agreement does not constitute an employment agreement, and the Extra is not entitled to any employment benefits. 6. Release and Hold Harmless The Extra releases and holds harmless the Producer, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising from participation in the Project, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or invasion of privacy. 7.
